Credit tracking made simple

Want to add an allotted credits for the services you're selling? Now you can and track them within the project.

Credit tracking

With credit tracking, you can label and keep tabs on how many credits you're selling or using. It's handy for services where you deal in credits, hours, or similar units.

If your service has a subscription, credits automatically top up on renewal day. And for one-off charges, clients can refill their credits in just a few clicks.

Mark credits used

When you're ready to submit used credits, head to the project, choose a task to associate them with, and enter the number of credits used.

Once the client hits their maximum allowed credits, the board will automatically disable new request submissions until the renewal date or until they refill their credits.

Auto renew or refill credits

If credit tracking is turned on for a subscription service, it'll refill automatically on the renewal date.

You can also add add-ons that let them buy extra one-time credits to submit more requests!

I've recently been migrating my systems for task assignment, organization, and review to @usequeue, and it's been wonderful to use!

There's an Asana-like task board UI that easily organizes your upcoming, current, and finished tasks.

Your clients gain access to their own portal where they can assign tasks to your queue (haha), eliminating the need to reach you through other channels.
